An Empty Dimension Tab is the blank item used by the Enscriber. Add dimlets there to turn it into a Realized Dimension Tab.
A Realized Dimension Tab stores the dimension descriptor, creation progress, costs, and created dimension id. The Dimension Builder uses it to create and maintain the dimension.
