The Dimensional Cell is multi-dimensional power storage. Like a Powercell, it stores and transfers FE, but linked cells can share power without touching.
Dimensional Cells are linked with a Powercell Card. Insert an unlinked card to create a link, or copy an existing cell link to another card.
The GUI has card slots for linking/copying, a charge slot for FE items, a network storage bar, side mode buttons, and a Stats button for inserted/extracted FE.
None, In, and Out set all sides to ignore, receive, or transmit FE. Individual sides can also be changed with a Smart Wrench: blue input, yellow output, blank disabled.
There is a drawback to Dimensional Cells, however; when set to Output Mode, there is a small cost to drawing RF from remote cells. It's not a lot, usually just a few percent, but it adds up. Luckily, Dimensional Cells can be Infused to reduce this cost.
The lowest tier of Dimensional Cell holds 250,000 RF, and can input or output up to 1,250 RF/Tick. This speed can be boosted via Infusion.
The medium tier of Dimensional Cell holds 1,000,000 RF, and can input or output up to 5,000 RF/Tick. This speed can be boosted via Infusion.
The top tier of Dimensional Cell holds 4,000,000 RF, and can input or output up to 20,000 RF/Tick. This speed can be boosted via Infusion.
