The Dimension Builder turns a Realized Dimension Tab into an actual dimension. Insert the tab and supply enough FE to create it.
After creation the Builder keeps that dimension powered. If power runs out, the dimension becomes unsafe or unusable until the Builder is powered again.
Keep the Realized Dimension Tab safe. It stores the descriptor, progress, costs, and the created dimension id.
