A crafted Eulogia Crystal starts uncharged. Carry it high into the sky to let it absorb starlight. Charging begins at Y=96 by default.
The crystal uses a diamond core; the companion stone uses 3 Lapis Lazuli and 2 colorless glass blocks. Both start uncharged.
Crystals and companion stones charge in your inventory or on a Sky Offering Table. Crystals and altars require Y=96 by default; companion stones have an independent Y=64 default. Crystals take about 20 seconds and companion stones about 6 seconds; both heights and durations are configurable.
When charging finishes, the crystal icon and tooltip change. A charged Eulogia Crystal can be crafted with any stone into Celestial Stone; Celestial Glass is made through offering.
