Servers can use Minecraft advancements to unlock larger transfer amounts and provide a Sky Logistics advancement tab. No extra mod is needed. The feature is off by default; your server decides whether to enable it and which advancements unlock improvements.
Unlocks follow the line owner. Completing several relevant advancements gives each resource its highest unlocked allowance, while device limits still apply. Offline or unknown owners use the base allowance.
