The translocation shrine upgrade makes the growth shrine move the target location of the operation to a translocation anchor.
To specify the new location first right click the anchor with the translocation shrine upgrade to bind it to the anchor, then place it normally on the shrine. It is an advanced shrine upgrade and as such cannot be used with other advanced shrine upgrades.
