The Water Enchantment Liquefier allows you to transfer enchantment from an item to another.
It has a small chance to reduce the enchantment level in the process, the rarer the enchantment the more element it will cost and will have a greater chance to downgrade.
Can be upgraded with up to three Runes including luck ones.
