The Soul Foreseer is a spectral weapon floating around a beacon of blue flame. It acts as a guide for those lost in death, unable to find a resting place. The beacon acts as a sort of comforting agent to those who seek it. It acts as a judge to the living,
stealing and judging souls to discover their morality. While the Soul Foreseer has a soul, it is kept stagnant, unable to change itself in any way, keeping judgement fair. If a soul is to not pass its judgement, it attempts to rip it permanently from its owner, teleporting them towards the blade for finalization.
