Recipe Packages/$ are created by Packagers/$, and can be unpackaged in a set in Unpackagers/$.

You can Shift + ПКМ/$ a Recipe Packages/$ to manually unpackage it.

You can press jei.showUses/$ on a Recipe Package/$ to show its contents and what the package set is meant to create.
