Spell Casting
You can cast spells with crystals or runes as a medium with wands.
Spell casting can be classified into block spell casting and rune spell casting.

Block Spell casting
When casting spells with crystals, you need to use a crystal with the corresponding element and cast the spell on a compatible block.
Crystals provide elemental affinity to reduce mana cost for related elements.
Available Blocks
• Life: Bamboo, Cactus, Flowers, Vines, Hay Bales
• Earth: Sand, Gravel, Clay, Stone, Quartz, Stalactites, Amethyst
• Flame: Magma Blocks, Netherrack, Soul Sand
• Winterstorm: Snow, Powder Snow, Ice, Packed Ice, Blue Ice
• Ocean: Sponge, Coral Blocks
Rune Spellcasting
When casting spells with runes,
you no longer need the presence of respective blocks.
There are 2 kinds of runes: block runes that resembles the spell when you cast crystals onto blocks, and advanced spells that can have more varieties such as charging-casting, continuous-casting, casting at target entity, or toward facing direction.
Damage Types
Damage from spells can have multiple categorization based on their elements and forms.
• Life: Spell, Life Spell, Magic
• Earth: Spell, Earth Spell, Projectile, Explosion, Falling Block
• Flame: Spell, Flame Spell, Magic, Fire, Explosion
• Winterstorm: Spell, Frost Spell, Projectile, Freezing
• Ocean: Spells, Ocean Spell, Magic
• Thunder: Spell, Thunder Spell, Lightning
