Усиленная руна ускорения

Tempered with Netherite Scrap and Intricate Hellforged Parts from the Demon Realm, this rune warps time twice as aggressively, removing two ticks from the pulse delay instead of one. Fewer rune slots consumed, more room for other enchantments around the altar.

Should you have need of the base rune again, the Athanor can strip the reinforcement and return it to its original form.
