Where the Antechamber merely grazes the surface of the Demon Realm, the Highway to Hell ritual tears the veil wide open. You emerge before another Inversion Pillar, but the air here is thicker, the shadows deeper. A lone chest awaits, left by some prior explorer who did not leave by choice, and doorways branch outward into the labyrinth beyond.

A second Inversion Pillar stands ready to return you home. Use it wisely; the creatures that dwell here are far more formidable than those of the Antechamber, and the rewards they guard are proportionally greater.

As you explore, the realm will warn you of your progress. Listen for ominous messages and watch for Spatial Distortions; they herald the path to the mines.

The deeper you delve, the more the realm stirs. After exploring several rooms, you will receive a warning: "Strange noises and creatures begin to stir in the depths..." This signals that a Spatial Distortion has appeared somewhere in the dungeon, marked by dark tendrils of void energy and an ominous sound.

Press deeper still and a second warning echoes: "A monstrous roar echoes through the corridors..." The Foreman's chamber has manifested.
