Centrifuge Heater

Heater can make centrifuge work like Heated Centrifuge, which can process comb blocks and destroy all wax.
Every centrifuge only allow one Heater installed. Heater needs power to work and can make centrifuge work 3 times faster.
When Heater installed, centrifuge will only work when heater is powered.
