At the ninth bloodline, mesmerize a villager and drink until they have no more than half their blood remaining. Then use a Wine Glass filled with your vampire blood on them to create your child. At night, a child may hunt and return with blood, restoring itself and depositing the remainder in its Blood Crucible. A master of the ninth bloodline also receives part of the harvest.
