Usage: Throw books and enchanted items near the ritual. It will automatically deactivate after extracting enchantments.
Mechanics
Regular Enchanted Items:
Extracts all enchantments to separate enchanted books. The item is left unenchanted.
Enchanted Books:
Splits multi-enchant books and creates two copies of each enchantment at reduced level (level -1, minimum 1).
Blood Enhanced Items:
Enhanced items can be processed normally. The enchantment books will contain the base (unboosted) levels. The Blood Enhanced mark remains on the item.
Unmake and remake at will.
