Volt Cell

The Volt Cell is a device capable of producing electric charge using a chemical effect within bottles of Acid.

Aside from damaging Creatures that pass on top of it, placing it below a Crucible charges it with Electricity. Using this stimulus, new and important kinds of Reactions between pairs of Base Powers will arise.
