TFC Gourmet is an expansion addon for TerraFirmaCraft that adds authentic traditional dishes from Russian, Georgian, Moldovan, Italian, Asian, and Mediterranean cuisines, along with an advanced milk collection and cheese-making system. Experience gourmet cooking with over 50 new food items, 6 pizza varieties, traditional fermented foods, and a complete dairy production chain.

🧀 Complete Dairy & Cheese System
• Milk Collection: Milk can now be collected from female musk oxen, sheep, and alpacas using buckets
• Processing Chain: Transform milk through curdling → curd production → brinza cheese crafting
• Three Cheese Varieties: Each animal type (musk ox, sheep, alpaca) produces unique brinza cheese
• Sliceable Cheese Wheels: Place cheese wheels as decorative blocks and slice them with knives into 4 portions
• Integration: Works with TFC's animal husbandry and familiarity systems
🍕 Italian Cuisine (8 items)
• Six Pizza Varieties: Margherita, Pepperoni, Hawaiian, Four Cheeses, Four Meats, and Neapolitan - all craftable in ovens
• Risotto: Classic Italian rice dish cooked in pots

🎮 HOW TO USE
Milk & Cheese Production
1. Tame or domesticate female musk oxen, sheep, or alpacas
2. Wait for animals to become familiar with you
3. Use a bucket on ready animals to collect milk
4. Process milk in barrels to create curdled milk
5. Craft curd from curdled milk
6. Shape curd into brinza cheese wheels
7. Place wheels as blocks and use knives to slice portions (4 per wheel)
Cooking Foods
• Most raw foods require heating using TFC's firepit or forge
• Use clay pots for soups, stews, and boiled dishes
• Bake breads, pizzas, and pastries in brick ovens
• Ferment foods like sauerkraut and kvass in barrels
• Create beverages using vats
• Check recipe viewer (JEI/REI) for specific crafting steps
